PROF. DR. OĞUZ POLAT
Şiddeti Anlamak Kongrelerinin Başkanlığını yapan Oğuz Polat, 1983 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesini bitirdi. 1990 yılında Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Adli Tıp Anabilim dalına kurucu başkan olarak atandı. Aynı yıl doçent ve 1995 yılında da Profesör oldu. 1992-1993 yılları arasında İngiltere’de Charing Cross Hospital’da, 1994’te Kopenhag Çocuk Hakları Merkezinde çalıştı. Türkiye’yi Birleşmiş Milletler Çocuk Hakları Sözleşmesi oturumlarında temsil etti. 1997 de Ülke Alternatif raporunun baş raportörlüğünü yaptı. İstanbul Tabip Odası Çocuk Hakları Merkezinin 1998 de kuruluşunu gerçekleştirdi. 2000 yılında da Adli Tıp Kurumu Başkanlığına atandı. 2003 yılında istifa ettikten sonra Marmara Tıp Fakültesi Adli Tıp Anabilim dalı Öğretim üyeliğine geri döndü. 2010 yılında emekliliğinden sonra Case Western University , Mandel Social Studies Applied Unit, Begun Violence Prevention Center’da 2010-2012 yılları arasında çalıştı.
Halen Acıbadem Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Adli Tıp Ana Bilim Dalı Başkanı görevini yürütmektedir. Birçok fakültede ders vermiştir.
1992 yılında Çocuğu İstismardan Koruma ve Rehabilitasyon Derneğini kurdu. 1992-2010 dönemlerinde dernek kapanana kadar başkanlığını yaptı. 1995 yılında çocukla ilgili çalışan kuruluşların bir araya geldiği Çocuk Hakları Koalisyonunu kurdu. 1998 de GAP Çocuk Hakları Koalisyonunu kuruluşunu gerçekleştirdi. 2000 yılına değin koordinatörlük görevini yürüttü. 1996'da kurduğu Sokak Çocukları Rehabilitasyon Derneğinin kurucu başkanlığını (1996-2010 ) yaptı. Yeldeğirmeni Sokak Çocukları merkezi yönetim kurulu üyeliğini yapmıştır. 2004-2010 yılında faaliyet gösteren 0-18 Çocuk Hakları için Yurttaş Hareketinin başkanlığını yürütmüştür. UNICEF'e 1992-2012 dönemleri arasında çocuk hakları ve güç koşullardaki çocuklar konusunda danışmanlık yapmıştır. 1995-2005 arası faaliyet gösteren Kadın için Destek Oluşturma Grubunun (KİDOG) kurucu üyelerinden birisidir. Bugüne kadar Avrupa Birliği ve UNICEF sponsorluğunda sivil toplum kuruluşları ve çocuk konularında 9 projenin yürütücülüğünü yaptı. İki yıl boyunca Açık Radyoda Çocuk Hakları isimli bir programın yapım ve sunuculuğunu yapmıştır.

In 1990, he was appointed as the founding chairman of the Forensic Medicine Department of the Faculty of Medicine at Marmara University. He became an associate professor in the same year and a Professor in 1995. He worked as a lecturer at Charing Cross Hospital in England between 1992-1993 and in 1994 at the Copenhagen Children's Rights Center. He represented Turkey at the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Children sessions. In 1997, he was the chief reporter of the Country Alternative Report. He established the Children's Rights Center at Istanbul Medical Chamber in 1998. In 2000, he was appointed as the President of Forensic Medicine Institute. After resigning in 2003, he returned to the Forensic Medicine Department of Marmara University. After his retirement in 2010, he worked at Case Western University, Mandel Social Studies Applied Unit, Begun Violence Prevention Center between 2010 and 2012.
Now, he is the founder and the Head of Forensic Medicine Department of Acıbadem University School of Medicine. He has been a lecturer in many faculties.
He founded the Association for the Protection of Children from Abuse and Rehabilitation in 1992 and was the president of the association until it was closed, between 1992-2010. In 1995, he established the Child Rights Coalition, where organizations focused on children came together. In 1998, he established the GAP Children's Rights Coalition. He worked as a coordinator until 2000. He was the founding chairman of the Street Children Rehabilitation Association (1996-2010), which he founded in 1996. He was a member of the central board of Yeldeğirmeni Street Children. He chaired the 0-18 Citizens' Movement for Children's Rights, which was active between 2004-2010. He advised UNICEF on children rights and children under difficult conditions between 1992-2012. He was one of the founding members of the Support Group for Women (KIDOG) operating between 1995-2005.
To date, he has been the director of 9 projects on civil society organizations and children, sponsored by the European Union and UNICEF. For two years, he produced and hosted a program called Children's Rights on Open Radio. He has 24 books on Forensic Medicine, Forensic Expertise, Medical Malpractice, Criminology, Children's Rights, Child Abuse, Street Children. He has over 120 national and international studies. He was the editor of the Children's Forum, Forensic Medicine and Clinical Forensic journals. He is also a member of the advisory board of 8 journals.

PROF. DR. BARBARA KRAHÉ
Barbara Krahé, Almanya Potsdam Üniversitesi'nde Sosyal Psikoloji Profesörü Emerita'dır. Araştırma ilgi alanları arasında Uygulamalı Sosyal Psikoloji alanı yer almakla birlikte, daha spesifik olarak cinsel saldırganlık, medya şiddeti, saldırganlık ve tecavüz mitleri, cinsel saldırı ile ilgili yargılarda mağdurun suçlanması yer almaktadır. 2004 ile 2012 yılları arasında "Agresif Davranış” dergisinde yardımcı editör olarak görev aldı ve birçok akademik derginin yayın kurulu üyesidir. İngiliz Psikoloji Derneği ve Psikoloji Bilimi Derneği üyesi ve Berlin-Brandenburg Bilimler ve Beşerî Bilimler Akademisi üyesidir. 2015 yılında saldırganlıkla ilgili araştırmasından dolayı Alman Psikoloji Ödülü'nü aldı. 2018- 2020 yılları arasında “Uluslararası Saldırganlık Araştırmaları Derneği” nin başkanlığını yapmıştır.

Moodist Psikiyatri ve Nöroloji Hastanesi Tıbbi Direktörü olan Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel, 1992 yılında Bakırköy Ruh ve Sinir Hastalıkları Hastanesinde Psikiyatri Uzmanı oldu. İki yıl Sağmalcılar cezaevinde psikiyatrist olarak çalıştıktan sonra, 1995 yılından itibaren Bakırköy Ruh ve Sinir Hastalıkları Hastanesi AMATEM Kliniğinde çalışmaya başladı. 2000 yılında ise ergen madde bağımlılarının tedavi edildiği ÇEMATEM Kliniğinin sorumluluğuna atandı. Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel aynı zamanda Yeniden Sağlık ve Eğitim Derneği’nin kurucusudur. İstanbul Kent Üniversitesi’nde ders anlatmaktadır.

PROF. DR. VASILIKI ARTINOPOULOU
Vasiliki Artinopoulou, Panteion Sosyal ve Siyasal Bilimler Üniversitesi Sosyoloji Bölümü'nde (Atina, Yunanistan), 2016 yılından itibaren Bölüm Başkanıdır ve 2009-2011 yılları arasında üniversitenin Rektör Yardımcısı olarak görev almıştır. Ayrıca Atina Panteion Üniversitesi'nde 'Restoratif Adalet ve Arabuluculuk Laboratuvarı' Direktörüdür. Artinopoulou birçok ulusal, Avrupa ve Uluslararası organizasyonlara, çalışma gruplarına ve araştırma projelerine aktif olarak katılmaktadır.

1991 yılında Erişkin Psikiyatri doktorasını tamamlayan Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz, 1991-2004 yılları arasında Ankara Numune Hastanesinde sırasıyla Psikiyatri Uzmanı, Doçent, 2. Psikiyatri Klinik Şefi ve son olarak AMATEM Direktörlüğü görevlerinde yer aldı. 2012 yılından itibaren NPİSTANBUL Beyin Hastanesi Bağımlılık Merkezi'ni yönetmektedir.

Prof.Dr. İnci User Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Psikoloji Bölümü’nden mezun olmuştur. Acıbadem Üniversitesi’nde Sosyoloji Anabilim Dalı Başkanıdır. Acıbadem Üniversitesinin yansıra Marmara, Yeditepe ve Işık Üniversitelerinde Sosyoloji, Psikoloji ve Metodoloji dersleri vermiştir. Kuruluşlarından bugüne kadar Türk-Alman Psikiyatri, Psikoterapi ve Psikososyal Sağlık Derneği (Almanya, 1995) ve Sağlık için Sosyal Bilimler Derneği (Türkiye, 1998) bünyelerinde üye ve yönetici olarak görev yapmıştır.

Doç. Dr. Neslim Güvendeğer Doksat Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Uzmanı’dır. 2013 Kasım ayından itibaren, Beykent Üniversitesi Psikoloji bölümünde görev yapmaktadır. PROF. DR. ŞAZİYE SENEM BAŞGÜL
Prof Dr. Şaziye Senem Başgül Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığı Uzmanı’dır. 2012’den beri Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi Psikoloji Bölümü’nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır. 2008’de aileler ve çocuklar için Güneş Çocuk’u, 2019’da profesyoneller için Güneş Çocuk Akademi’yi kurmuştur. “Dürtüsellik” ve “Ailede Cinsel Eğitim” isimli kitapların yazarları arasındadır. Çocuk ve Gençlik Ruh Sağlığı Derneği Özel Gereksinimli Çocuklar Komisyonu kurucu başkanı, Down Türkiye Derneği danışman doktoru ve Yeşilay Bilim Kurulu üyesidir.

Prof. Clare McGlynn Durham Üniversitesi'nde Hukuk Profesörüdür. Pornografinin yasal düzenlemesi, imaj tabanlı cinsel istismar, kadına yönelik şiddet ve hukuk mesleğinde cinsiyet eşitliğinde uzmanlaşmıştır. 2020 yılında, hukuk mesleğinde cinsiyet eşitliği ve pornografi ve imaj tabanlı cinsel istismarla ilgili yeni ceza yasalarını şekillendirme konusundaki çalışmaları nedeniyle Fahri Kraliçe Danışmanı olarak atanmıştır. Pornografinin kamusal alanda izlenmesinin uygun olup olmadığı, ünlülerin imaj tabanlı cinsel istismarı konularında çalışmaları bulunmaktadır.
Prof. Clare McGlynn is a Professor of Law at Durham University. She specializes in the regulation of pornography, image-based sexual abuse, violence against women and gender equality in the legal profession. Prof. Clare McGlynn is a Professor of Law at Durham University. She specializes in the regulation of pornography, image-based sexual abuse, violence against women and gender equality in the legal profession. PROF. DR. NADİ BAKIRCI
İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi'nden mezun olan Prof. Dr. Nadi Bakırcı doktora tezi araştırmasını Manchester NW Lung Research Center'da yapmıştır. 1998-2008 yılları arasında eğitim ve araştırma faaliyetlerini Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde halk sağlığı ve işçi sağlığı alanlarında yürütmüştür. 2009’dan sonra Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Üniversitesi'ndeki çalışmaları ağırlıklı olarak tıp eğitimi alanında yoğunlaşan Prof. Dr. Nadi Bakırcı, Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Dekanıdır.
